Shipping Information

Every order is checked by us before dispatch and packed by hand. We don't always succeed overnight. However, you can rest assured that your order will be processed and made ready for dispatch within 3-4 working days.

As soon as your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a confirmation from us by email. This contains a tracking number and a link to track the shipment so that you can always see where your package is.

We handle the shipping via selected shipping service providers in order to be able to offer you the cheapest possible shipping with the highest security standards.

Depending on the shipping route, your order will be delivered within 10-14 working days after shipping. Please note that there are usually no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Please also note that due to the current situation in connection with COVID-19, additional, unforeseen delays may occur, which we unfortunately can only influence to a limited extent. Experience has shown that the delivery times in the current situation are as follows:

EU: 10-15 working days
UK: 10-15 working days
USA: 10-15 working days

Shipping and Handling Fees

The shipping and handling costs depend on the total weight and volume of your order as well as the delivery address and are clearly shown in the checkout before you complete your order.

    As a rule the return is free of charge for you and we will reimburse you for the invoice amount within 14 days after receipt of the return, using the payment medium you specified when ordering.
